a) All vehicles are washed inside
and out every 2 working days with the exception
of our trailer which hauls offals daily out
of XL Beef - this unit must be washed out daily
to control contamination.
b) All vehicles are swept out daily.
c) Vehicles are washed at three locations:

d) Vehicles are washed inside and outside including:
Roof, walls, frontwall and floor. The front
end of the vehicle is slightly raised so soap
and water can be rinsed out the rear of the
